Application Process
1. Video Call
We set up a 30-minute call with you, our people & culture manager and your future department leader to get to know each other and to see if the expectations and general qualifications match.
2. Personal Interview
We invite you to our office in Konstanz for a personal interview, where we focus on the technical qualification. In addition to that, you get to meet the team and have a look at our work environment.
3. Final Steps
We present our salary model to you and explain conditions and organizational details.
4. Onboarding
To help you have the best start possible, we send you our pre-onboarding booklet with information about the company and the onboarding process. On your first day, you will have a general introduction to the team and company and be onboarded to your department.
